Finality of Digital Purchases All purchases of digital items — including gems, equipment packs, character unlocks, costume sets, skill enhancements, and raid tickets — are considered final and irreversible once delivered to your account. By accepting a transaction, you enter a binding pact: the content becomes part of your soulbound inventory, and no mortal request may unbind it. 2. When Refunds May Be Granted We may consider refund requests only under strict, rare, and validated conditions: a. Duplicate payments caused by server or payment errors. b.
